Remove the dough at room temperature.
Peel the vegetables. Grate the carrot. Cut the green onion into rounds. Tomato and garlic are finely chopped. Zucchini cut into sticks. The cabbage is cut into pieces.
I put cabbage, spices and olive oil over the carrots.
I cut the puff pastry into 4. I put the filling, I folded the edges, I greased them with beaten egg, then I rolled.
I put it in hot oil. After they were done on both sides, I took them out on a napkin to absorb the oil.
Serve simply or with a sauce.
