Mix the ground walnuts with the sugar and flour. Add the yolks and butter cut into pieces and mix until smooth. Gather the dough in a ball that you wrap in plastic wrap and leave it to cool for 30 minutes.
On the table lightly sprinkled with flour, spread the dough with the rolling pin and then transfer it to the baking tray, with a diameter of 24 cm. 500 g flour
1 cube of yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
200 ml of milk
1 pinch of salt
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1 vanilla essence
3 tablespoons oil
1 sachet powdered sugar
1 jar of strawberry jam
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour well into a larger bowl, and in a cup put the heated milk, a teaspoon of sugar and the cube of yeast. Stir until melted. Make a hole in the flour, add the salt powder and pour the milk.
Put 3 eggs, the rest of the sugar, the essence, the vanilla sugar and knead until you get a suitable hard dough. Add the tablespoons of oil and knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave for 30 minutes on low heat.
Spread a thick sheet of dough, then cut larger squares. Put a tablespoon of strawberry jam on each square, then join the opposite corners. Beat the remaining eggs and grease each pie with a brush.
Place them in a tray on baking paper and put them in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. When they are browned, take them out and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

- 3 natural yogurts without lactose (approximately 330 g)
- 150 g of lactose-free mascarpone
- 30 g sugar or agave syrup, rice, etc.

We put the strawberries clean and without stem or stalk in the glass. We grind them in time 20 seconds, speed 10.
Sift them using a fine-mesh filter to remove the seeds and set aside.
Without washing the glass, we put the yogurts, mascarpone cheese and the sweetener we use. I stirred over time 20 seconds, speed 3.
Add the crushed strawberries and stir again for 20 seconds, speed 3.

Wash the strawberries well, break their tails, cut them into smaller pieces, place them in a bowl and pour the sugar over them. Put the dish in the fridge overnight.
The next day we boil the strawberries with the juice they left. Let it simmer and collect the foam from time to time. We will need 3 small jars that we wash well with dishwashing detergent, rinse them in more water and immerse them for a few seconds in a pot of boiling water to sterilize them. Do the same with the lids. Carefully remove them from the water and leave them face down on a clean towel, drain well and dry. After the jam has boiled and reduced by half, add the lemon juice and turn off the heat.
We put a little jam on a plate and if it thickens it means that it has boiled enough and is ready. We put the hot jam in the jars that we will place on a stainless steel tray, in order to avoid breaking. Immediately put the lids on and leave the jars covered with a thicker towel until they cool. Thus the jars will form a vacuum under the lid, and when they are opened they will make that clicking sound. Thus prepared strawberry jam can be kept in the pantry for two years!
A little tip: If you go on an unplanned visit to some friends and you have nothing to take. cut a piece of fabric, place it over the lid of a jar of jam and tie it nicely with a bow. It will be a perfect gift! :)

- 1 pack of Savoiardi biscuits
- 1 kg mascarpone
- 400 g cream for whipped cream
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 5-600 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 500 g fresh and ripe strawberries (not hard)
- 8-9 ripe bananas (lightly stained)
- 150 g biscuit powder with cocoa
Method of preparation:
We put the mascarpone in a bowl and with the help of a food processor we mix it by adding half of the powdered sugar, half of the cream for the cream, we beat again until it is homogenous.
then the rest of the sugar and cream, continue beating until you get a fine and shiny cream (about 1 minute)
Soak half of the biscuits in the orange juice and make the first layer, grease with half the mascarpone cream.

Preparation for the strawberry jam recipe:
Wash the strawberries in a quick stream of water and clean the stalks.
We cut them into not too small pieces and put them in a bowl, however the strawberries are soft fruits and they will break very easily when cooked. Add the sugar and then mix from time to time for half an hour until enough syrup is formed to put the jam on the fire.
Add the lemon juice, put the pot on the fire and boil until the jam binds, frothing all the time until it stays clean on top.
We put it hot in jars and place them with the lid down, between kitchen towels, where we leave them until they cool.

Lemon Cream Cake with Strawberry Jam & # 8211
If you have invited your friends to dinner and you want to sweeten them with a special dessert, try the recipe below. You will get a delicious cake with lemon cream and strawberry jam.
- 6 eggs, 120 gr powdered sugar
- 170 gr wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons water, 6 g baking powder
Ingredients for lemon cream:
- 3 packets of lemon-flavored pudding powder
- 50 ml water, 250 gr sugar
- 2 eggs, 300 gr butter
- Grated peel of a lemon
- Squeezed juice from 2 lemons
Method of preparation:
Prepare the dough for the beginning. We break the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mix the yolks with the powdered sugar and water. Sift the wheat flour with the baking powder and add it to the bowl with the yolks.
Mix with a wooden spoon or a spatula. Then add the egg white foam and mix to combine the ingredients. Divide the dough obtained into two equal parts.
Pour half of the dough into a rectangular tray (30 & # 21540 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake the dough in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then remove the top from the tray and let it cool.
In the same way we will prepare the second countertop. After it is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Cut the two cold countertops in half.
We prepare cream. Put water and sugar in a saucepan on the stove. Beat the eggs well and add the pudding powder. Mix well. Pour the pudding into the water in the pan and mix until you get a thick cream. We take the pudding from the fire and let it cool.
Beat the butter with the mixer until it becomes fluffy and add it to the cold pudding. Then add the lemon peel and squeezed juice. Stir to obtain a smooth cream.
We put one of the 4 countertops on a tray. Add a layer of jam and cover with another top. Add the lemon cream (keep a little cream for decoration) and spread it evenly. Cover with the third countertop that we grease with jam. Now add the last top and put the cake in the fridge.
After a few hours, take the cake out of the fridge and spread the remaining cream on top. We decorate the cake to our liking. Good appetite and increase cooking!
Tart with strawberry jam and dark chocolate
We inspire you today with a special dessert, which will surely gather your loved ones around the table: tart with strawberry jam and dark chocolate.
- 165 g flour
- 90 g unsalted butter, soft
- 2 egg yolks
- 85 grams of sugar
- 1 g baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- vanilla essence
- 85 g Râureni strawberry jam
- 200 g dark chocolate (minimum 55% cocoa)
- 100 ml sweet, liquid cream
- 40 g unsalted butter, soft
How to prepare:
In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter well, then add the two egg yolks, vanilla essence and salt.
Add to the composition the previously sifted flour together with the baking powder and cocoa. Knead the dough well, then put it in a bowl greased with oil, cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
The tart pan (with the removable bottom) is lined with butter and a little flour.
Spread the dough on a 3 mm thick sheet on a floured surface. Coat the tart tray with the dough sheet and put a thin layer of Râureni strawberry jam everywhere. Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, let the tart cool, then peel off the bottom of the tray and remove the tart.
For the cream, in a bowl add the broken chocolate in pieces and the soft butter. Boil the sweet cream and add it over the chocolate and butter. Mix lightly with a spoon and let the cream "rest" for a few minutes, then mix with a whisk until you get a uniform and fine cream.
Allow to cool, then fill the tart with cream.
Garnish with fresh and optional strawberries, finely chopped caramel and refrigerate the tart for at least an hour.

The strawberry and whipped cream cake is so good that everyone wants to taste it. It is almost impossible to find someone who does not like this cake. Try our recipe and surprise your guests with a delicious dessert.
- 250 gr sugar, 6 eggs
- 125 gr melted butter, 250 gr flour
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of currant jam

Beat eggs well with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add melted butter and flour. Stir to combine ingredients. Pour the dough obtained in a tray lined with baking paper. Bake the dough at 180 degrees until it comes off easily from the edges of the tray.
Let the countertop cool, then cut it into 3, horizontally, to get 3 thinner countertops.
To prepare the syrup, mix the water with the sugar and boil it for 2 minutes, then let it cool. In the cooled syrup, pour the rum.
Now you can take care of the cream. Beat the sweet cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a firm whipped cream.
Syrup the first top, cover it with a layer of jam, then add a layer of whipped cream. Cut the strawberries in half. Add halves of strawberries on the whipped cream layer and cover them with the second top. Syrup it.
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the second top and place strawberries on top again. Press lightly. Put the last top and syrup it with the remaining syrup.
Decorate the cake with whipped cream and strawberries. Put it in the fridge for a few hours, then cut it into slices and serve them with your loved ones. Good appetite!
Chocolate biscuits and Râureni strawberry jam
Sift cocoa, starch, baking powder, salt, powdered sugar into a bowl.
Add the egg whites and vanilla essence and mix well until the composition is homogeneous.
Put the hazelnuts or walnuts and mix again.
On a surface lined with flour, shape the dough into a biscuit salami.
Cut the bar into 1 cm thick slices.
