This makes a nice change from a plain old pork chop, the coriander seeds add lovely flavour!

- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 50ml soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 pork chops
MethodPrep:10min ›Cook:20min ›Extra time:30min marinating › Ready in:1hr
- Mix together the coriander seeds, soy sauce, garlic and sugar. Put the chops on a plate and spoon the coriander mixture over them. Leave for 30 minutes, turning once. Reserve the marinade.
- Grill the chops for 2 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat and grill for a further 8 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the marinade, or until the pork is cooked through and tender.
Serve with mashed or new potatoes and seasonal veg.
