Pancake pudding

Pancake pudding

Bake the pancakes and fill them with the cream made as follows:

Put cheese, eggs, sugar in a bowl and mix well with a whisk until creamy. Add a tablespoon of starch and start filling the pancakes with 2 tablespoons of the composition. Roll and place in a tray lined with baking paper.

Mix the sour cream with the sugar and an egg and put this composition over the pancakes.

Bake for about 25 minutes, until the cream hardens.

Remove the tray, let it cool and serve with great care :)
