She's getting ready jelly: the strawberries are mixed with the sugar and put on the fire. When it starts to boil, set it aside, pass the strawberries a little, add the starch dissolved in a little water. Mix well and pour the jelly obtained in the bowl prepared for the oven.
For dumplings dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Leave to rise for about 10 minutes, until it increases in volume.
In a bowl, sift the flour, put the leavened yeast, sugar, horizon powder, egg yolks and soft butter. Knead a dough and leave it to rise for an hour.
