We clean all the ingredients and put them to boil or in a steamer.
I put the turkey breast in the steamer for 80 minutes. After 50 minutes I added the potato and carrot. I cut the zucchini in half, lengthwise, and left it to steam only for 10 minutes (if we boil it, we don't leave it for more than 4-5 minutes); it does not have to boil hard because it will also bake in the oven.
After they have penetrated well, grind the potato and the carrot, cut the meat into small pieces and prepare a puree, which we mix with butter and salt.
We dig the zucchini in the middle, and we mix the removed core with the puree.
Fill the zucchini halves with the mixture of vegetables and meat, place them on a tray greased with a little butter and pour water over them (so as not to touch the filling).
Put the tray in the oven, on the right heat, until the water drops.
After removing the zucchini from the oven, grate a little cheese over it and serve it hot, with yogurt or sour cream.
